Discover your inner dancer through expressive movement in a class catered to your needs and learning style.

Carla Otero’s Dance Philosophy

I believe that everyone has the ability to explore movement and dance. Each person has a uniqueness when moving that makes discovering dance all the more enticing for each individual including myself. In my role as instructor and choreographer, I enjoy watching how adults, teenagers and children alike take the steps I am demonstrating for a specific choreography and add their unique quality of movement.

Those are the moments when great ideas and signature moves take form and continue to evolve into a masterpiece all flourishing from one step and concept that was shared with them. This field is an everlasting learning curve. The more I impart my knowledge, the more I learn from my dancers and students. It is a beautiful circle that unites us and has no end.
